Steve Hay
President & CEO
As President and CEO of MESH, Steve provides executive oversight, leadership, and key account management. Over his 20+ year career — most recently as COO of a global project management firm — Steve has delivered complex and technical projects and led teams across North America. With project delivery experience on new developments, national portfolios, and complex renovations across a wide variety of market sectors, Steve is setting the vision and roadmap for MESH’s strategic growth and future success as we develop the next generation of independent project delivery experts.
Matt Klaff
Chief Revenue Officer
Matt is applying his 25+ years of business development experience to MESH’s strategic and cross-functional approach, driving revenue growth for the firm. Having recently led Sales and Business Development across the Americas for a global project management firm, Matt is focused on opportunities across various channels to grow the MESH brand and create new avenues for growth.
As CRO, Matt is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to maximize revenue across all facets of the organization. This role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, customer success, and our technical leads to ensure a cohesive approach to revenue generation and sustainable growth, always with an eye to enhancing customer value and optimizing operational efficiency.
Kristina Leighty
Principal
With over 25 years of design and project management experience, Kristina is a seasoned executive with a profound understanding of project management and the delivery of corporate and workplace environments for clients across the country. As a Principal at MESH, Kristina applies this knowledge to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects and plays a crucial role in ensuring successful project outcomes, client satisfaction, and adherence to budget and timeline constraints.
In addition to creating innovative and functional office spaces, Kristina is a key leader in the business, collaborating with the other business leaders to maintain our focus on professional development, training, and mentoring for all employees at MESH.
